Spring has finally sprung! Come and spin at The STUDIO... The coolest place to indoor cycle & private train in New York City. Together we look forward to the warmer weather, keeping to our motto for 2009: "Don't make it a thing."

The STUDIO is located in a landmark townhouse on the upper east side of Manhattan. We have created a special place, far away from big corporate fitness where the focus is on whole body wellness. You will spin and private train in the most intimate and cool setting in the city.

All classes are 45 minutes in duration. Bikes are NEW Schwinn IC Pros with LOOK (Delta) Clips & SPD compatible pedals only. Please arrive 15 min prior to the start time to setup.

Reservations are required. Please call or email and indicate the day and the time that you would like to ride. All cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged. All Private Training sessions are redeemable for a year from the date of purchase. Private Training and Classes are not refundable or transferable. All prices are subject to change.
